Hi! I'm Krista.

I'm a fitness professionalĀ andĀ pelvic floor exercise rehabilitation specialistĀ with over 16 years of experience helping women move, exercise, and feel confident in their bodies.

For the past 13 years, I've specialized in pelvic floor rehabilitation, including more than two years working in a pelvic floor physiotherapy clinic as a pelvic floor physiotherapist support worker. Through that experience, I've supported women dealing with core weakness, leaking, prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, and the many changes that can occur during perimenopause and menopause.

As a woman navigating perimenopause myself, I understand firsthand the challenges that come with hormonal changes, shifting body composition, disrupted sleep, and feeling like the strategies that once worked no longer do. My goal is to help women understand their bodies, build strength safely, and create sustainable movement habits that support them for life.

I'm the creator of Strong Core, Supported Pelvic Floor and Total Body Strength, where I combine evidence-based exercise, pelvic floor education, and practical coaching to help women build strength from the inside out.

My approach is simple: exercise should feel empowering, accessible, and achievable at every stage of life. Whether you're rebuilding your core, improving pelvic floor function, or learning how to strength train with confidence, I'm here to help you take the next step.

"Krista’s program is very comprehensive and very thorough. She has taken the time to break down and address pelvic floor issues and concerns, and she provides exercises and information to improve pelvic health. I found her program very well done for all interested. I would recommend this to anyone. Krista is very approachable and fun too."
